# Subscription (https://www.getfounderhq.com/docs/account/subscription)

One subscription covers your whole organization and unlocks every product.
Plans differ in how much you can do, not in which products you get. Owners
and admins manage it in [Settings → Subscription](https://app.getfounderhq.com/?openSettings=subscription).

## What each plan includes

Limits are shared across all your brands. Each plan also includes a number
of seats, a number of brands, and monthly Studio credits. The Subscription
screen shows those, with the current prices.

**Agency** is for teams that run many clients. It has no retention limit
and adds white-labeling. Press **Talk to us** on its card.

Without a subscription, the workspace is locked.

## See your usage

On the Subscription screen, hover **View usage & limits** to see seats,
brands, Journeys, articles this month, and events this month against your
limits.

## Free trial

When a trial is on offer, you pay nothing until it ends. The screen shows
**Trial ends** with the date. An organization gets one trial, and a second
organization you create does not get another.

Monthly Studio credits unlock when the trial becomes a paid subscription.

## Change your plan

1. Press **Change plan**.
2. Choose a plan: **Upgrade**, **Downgrade**, or **Switch** between
   monthly and annual.
3. Check the summary. It shows the new price, what is due today, and your
   next billing date.
4. Confirm.

- **An upgrade starts now.** The unused part of your current plan is taken
  off the price.
- **A downgrade starts at the end of your billing period.** You keep your
  current plan until then.

## Add seats or brands

Press **Manage add-ons**. Raise **Extra seats** or **Extra brands** and
press **Save add-ons**.

- **Adding** bills a part-period amount now, then the full price each
  cycle.
- **Removing** takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Raise one and lower the other in two separate saves.

## Payment method and invoices

**Payment method** shows the card charged each cycle. Press **Update** to
replace it. **Invoices** lists every invoice with its date, status, and
amount, and a link to open it.

If a payment fails, a **Payment past due** banner appears. Press
**Update payment method** to fix it.

## Cancel

1. Press **Cancel subscription** at the bottom of the screen.
2. Choose a reason and press **Continue to cancel**.
3. Confirm with **Cancel subscription**.

You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for. There is no
partial refund. On a trial, you are not charged and you keep access until
the trial ends.

## Organization settings

[Settings → Organization](https://app.getfounderhq.com/?openSettings=organization) holds the settings your whole team
shares:

| **Organization name** and logo | What your team sees in FounderHQ |
| **Scheduling timezone** | The day and hour scheduled work follows. It is UTC until you set it. |
| **Reporting currency** | The currency of every revenue report. Each payment is converted at its own day's rate, and the original amount is kept. |
| **Organization AI policy** | Whether teammates can use each other's AI providers and Companion. See [AI providers](/account/ai-providers#share-ai-with-your-team). |

Press **Save changes** after editing.
