Your team shares one organization: the same brands, the same data, and the
same plan. Owners and admins manage the team.

## Invite someone

1. Open [Settings → Team](https://app.getfounderhq.com/?openSettings=team).
2. Enter their email address.
3. Enter their role in your company, such as "Head of Marketing". This is
   a label for your team to read.
4. Choose their access: **Admin** or **Member**.
5. Press **Invite**.

They get an email with a link. The invitation lasts 48 hours. Under
**Pending invitations** you can **Resend** it or cancel it.

A pending invitation uses a seat until it is accepted, cancelled, or
expired.

An organization has one owner. Nobody can be invited as owner.

## Change someone's access

In the member's row, pick **Admin** or **Member**. You cannot change your
own access.

## Transfer ownership

Only the owner can do this. In the member's row, pick **Owner**, then
confirm with **Transfer ownership**. That person becomes the owner and you
become an admin. Only the new owner can transfer it back.

## Remove someone

Use the remove control in the member's row and confirm. They lose access
at once. Their work stays, and you can invite them again later.

The owner cannot be removed. Transfer ownership first.

## When all seats are in use

Your plan includes a number of seats. Members and pending invitations both
count. When they are all used, inviting someone offers two choices:
**Add seats** or **Change plan**. See
