# Astro's memory (https://www.getfounderhq.com/docs/astro/memory)

Astro saves useful details as you work, so you do not repeat yourself:
that you report in euros, that your trial is 14 days, that you prefer
short answers. It uses them in later chats.

[Settings → Astro Memory](https://app.getfounderhq.com/?openSettings=astro-memory)

## Who a memory belongs to

| Group | Who Astro uses it for |
| --- | --- |
| **About you** | Only you |
| A brand | Anyone working on that brand |
| **Organization** | Everyone on the team |
| **Needs review** | Nobody yet. Astro paused these until you check them. |

## See what Astro saved in a chat

When Astro saves something, the chat shows **Remembered:** with the
detail. Press undo there if it got it wrong.

## Change a memory

Open [Settings → Astro Memory](https://app.getfounderhq.com/?openSettings=astro-memory) and find the memory.

| Action | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Pin | Astro reads this memory in full on every message. Other memories are looked up when they seem relevant. |
| **Edit memory** | Change its summary or its full text |
| Archive | Astro stops using it. Nothing is lost, and you can restore it. |
| **Delete permanently** | Removes it for good |

Review the memories under **Needs review**, and press **Resolve** when one
is right.

## Stop Astro from saving

Turn off **Remember what I tell it**. Astro keeps using what it already
knows, and saves nothing new. Owners and admins set this for the
organization.

## Erase memories

Press **Erase memories** and choose what to erase: your own memories, one
brand's, or the organization's. This deletes every memory in that group,
archived ones too, and cannot be undone.
