# Create your account (https://www.getfounderhq.com/docs/get-started/create-your-account)

Sign up and reach your workspace with Astro ready to work. About 10
minutes.

## 1. Sign up

Open [app.getfounderhq.com/signup](https://app.getfounderhq.com/signup).
Enter your **Full Name**, **Email**, and a **Password** of at least 8
characters, then press **Sign up**. You can also continue with Google.

Use a permanent email address. FounderHQ refuses disposable ones.

## 2. Verify your email

FounderHQ sends a 6-digit code to your address. Enter it under
**Verification code** and press **Verify Email**. If it does not arrive,
press **Resend code**.

## 3. Answer the opening questions

A short set of questions asks about you and your company. Your answers
name your organization and help Astro start with the right context.

## 4. Create your first brand

A brand is the company, product, or person you want to grow. Enter your
website and FounderHQ reads your basics, colors, and social links from it.
Check what it found, then press **Create brand**.

No website yet? Choose **I'll add details manually**.

## 5. Choose a plan

Pick monthly or annual billing, then a plan. When a free trial is on
offer, the button reads **Try free for N days** and nothing is due today.

## 6. Finish setup

FounderHQ walks you through the last steps:

1. **Companion.** Download the app and pair it. This step is required.
   See [Companion](/companion).
2. **AI.** Connect at least one AI provider. See
   [AI providers](/account/ai-providers).
3. **Team.** Invite teammates, or press **Skip for now**.

Press **Enter FounderHQ**.

## Verify

You land in your workspace. Your brand's name is at the top of the
sidebar, and the products are listed below it.

## You were invited to a team

Open the link in your invitation email. Sign in, or create an account with
the same address the invitation went to, then press **Accept invitation**.
You skip the plan step: the organization already has one.

An invitation lasts 48 hours. Ask for a new one if yours has expired.

## Sign in again later

Go to [app.getfounderhq.com/login](https://app.getfounderhq.com/login).
Forgot your password? Press **Forgot Password?**, and FounderHQ emails you
a code to set a new one.
