Using Analytics

See who is online

Watch the people on your site right now on a live globe.

Online now shows who is on your site or in your app at this moment, on a globe.

Analytics → Online now

You can also press M on the Overview to open it, and M or Escape to close it.

What you see

A person is online when they did something in the last five minutes. Machines are not counted.

A dot is a place, not a person: a city, a region, or a country, with the number of people there. FounderHQ never shows where a device is exactly. Click a dot to list the people in that place.

The headline reads how many people are online on your brand.

The people

The list beside the globe shows each person and what they are doing: the pages they open, a purchase, an event you named, a rage click.

Click a person to open their card.

On the cardWhat it tells you
Now onThe page they are on
Came fromWhat brought them this time
First came fromWhat brought them the first time
Total visitsHow many times they have come
Session timeHow long this visit has lasted
Local time where they areUseful before you message them

When someone pays, the globe marks it for 30 seconds.

Filter who you see

Click a line of the summary (Stage, Referrers, Countries, Pages) to keep only those people. Filter offers more: visits, device, browser, and OS.

Use Visits to find returning people: 2+ visits, 5+ visits, and so on.

Change the look

Map style switches between dots, hexagons, countries, a satellite view, and night lights. Other controls show a flat map, borders and names, and day and night, or stop the globe from turning.

When nobody is there

You see "No one is on your site right now." People appear the moment they arrive.
